 Conditions on Bidder ’s Participation in Auction |
 |
| Condition : Express car Auction (Private Cars) |
| 1. |
Buyers may inspect the condition of any car from the morning on the auction day till the time when auction begins.
|
| 2. |
The price of each car to be placed in auction is attached to front windshield.
|
| 3. |
Bidder must place deposit 20,000 baht, by cash or cashier cheque, for making registration in bidding participation before the auction.
|
| 4. |
Bidder raises hand and state a bidding price. The next bidder must offer at least 2,000 baht in case the opening price starting from 1-999,999 baht and bidder must offer at least 10,000 bath in case the opening price starting from one million baht up.
|
| 5. |
The highest bidder must deposit 10% of the successful bidding price (credit card is accepted). The balance of the price, 90% must be paid through Siam Commercial Bank before 12.00 NOON on Thursday after successful bidding.

| 6. |
After making a full payment, successful bidder can retrieve the car immediately. The company will appoint a day for successful bidder the pick up the car registration book and an ownership transfer form within 7-14 days.

| Condition : Normal Car Auction (Cars from Financial Institutions) |
| 1. |
You can obtain a list of cars on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
|
| 2. |
You may inspect the condition of cars before auction time.
|
| 3. |
Auction will begin at 12.00 NOON at Bangkok branch. Auction for Thonburi branch begins at.
|
| 4. |
Successful bidder must deposit 10% of the price and pay the balance of 90% within 5 days after the successful bidding before 12.00 NOON on Thursday
|
| Condition : Standard Service Charges |
Successful bidder must pay auction service charges at 6,000 baht per car, plus 7% VAT
|
| Conditions on Seller’s Participation in Auction |

| Condition: Bring Your Car to the Auction |
| 1. |
Bring you car to the company about half an hour before beginning of auction.
|
| 2. |
Every car which is parked, waiting for auction to begin will be covered by fire insurance.
|
| 3. |
Seller can set a suitable price.
|
| 4. |
In case your car “is not sold , We do not collect any money”
|
| 5. |
A cars which is already sold in the auction must be kept at the company. The seller can get a payment for the price of the car, less an entrance fee and a commissions. by Saturday between 09.00 A.M. and 05.30 P.M. of following week.

| 6. |
In case buyer fails to pay the balance of 90% within 5 days, the company will deduct form the deposit of 10 % plus entrance fee and a commissions. The remaining amount will be immediately paid to the seller.

Seller must be responsible for unpaid taxes (private car only).
|
| Condition : Documents to Be Provided by Seller |
| 1. |
Copy of page showing last owner of the car on the car registration book.
|
| 2. |
Copy of page (in case it has official notes), and the page showing payment of annual tax.
|
| Condition : Standard Service Charges |
In case the car is sold on Saturday or Sunday, the entrance fee is 1,500 baht and commission is 2.5% if the price of your car is in excess of 500,000 baht, commission of 1% will also be collected on the excess.

| Remark: Buyer is responsible for ownership transfer fees, cost of duty stamps, fees for transfer of car registrations to different province, and various taxes. |
