MOTORCYCLE  AUCTION

Terms & Conditions

• 1. Buyers may inspect the condition of any motorcycle  from the morning on the auction day till the time when auction begins.
  2. The price of each motorcycle to be placed in auction is attached to each motorcycle.
  3. Bidder must place deposit 5,000 baht, by cash or cashier cheque, for making registration in bidding participation before the auction.
  4. Bidder can get the deposit 5,000 baht back immediately if bidder could not win in the auction
  5. Bidder raises hand and state a bidding price. The next bidder must offer at least 1,000 baht.
  6. The highest bidder must deposit 10% of the successful bidding price and 7% VAT. and the auction service charges 6,420 baht at the auction date. The balance of the price, 90% must be paid through Siam Commercial Bank before 12.00 NOON on Thursday after successful bidding.
  7. After making a full payment, successful bidder can retrieve the car immediately. The company will appoint a day for successful bidder the pick up the car registration book and an ownership transfer form within 30 days.

  Remarks : - Buyer is responsible for ownership transfer fees, cost of duty stamps, fees for transfer of car registrations to different province, and various taxes.
